[LASS Soaring] Night Fly Reminder

Thanksgiving is just a week and half away. Time to plan for our annual 
night fly. We will shoot for Saturday evening at 6:00pm November 24. It 
seems more people can do Saturday rather than Friday evening .  In case 
of bad weather we will pick another evening.
Ben last year had the LED christmas lights and was a hit with them. It 
would be great if more people tried the LED lights as they worked great. 
Last week I found a 10 light strand of lights that ran off two "C" cell 
batteries at Walmart. No longer than we are at the field I believe a set 
of "AA" batteries could be swaped out to save weight. The price? $1.98.  
One of those unbeatable deals.
Ben found his lights at Walgreen's I think. I have not checked there yet 
to see what they might have this year but it is worth looking at.
Come on its time to plan and get prepared. Who is going to fix up a H/L 
with lights or an electric model. Any Easy Gliders ready to fly?  These 
night fly evenings are a lot of fun. Here is your advance warning  so 
drag out that old plane, cycle the batteries, and lets fly! A final note 
I still have one box of chemical lights left so NO excuses.
