No it wasn't more corrections to GordySoar's ramblings on everyone getting
up and doing something to further their teams pumped about LSF task
participation....
They really wanted to urge all you club officers to get out in your local
areas to find X country paths for LSF 3,4, and 5 tasks!
They really meant to say, get some landing tapes measured up for the LSF 1
and 2 levels and duh ... put them out every fun fly day!
Check with your fellow fliers to see if they have LSF paperwork sent in and
if not get them signed up.
The LSF Board isn't bored with the LSF Task Achievement program, they are
vollenteers who work jobs, have families and fly their own sailplanes in their
free time. They have their hands full with the LSF Nats prep and Masters
too....most are CD's for a very active contest group (OVSS), so quit waiting for
someone else to do it all for you guys. The season is here so show the
Board that you can do your part, get things going on a personal level....get your
own LSF paperwork sent it, hook up with a buddy or two and do it all
together.
Just like some of the original guys who you've seen posting their stories on
this thread.
We are in Louisville :-)
