[LASS Soaring] "Dragging Toes, Didn't See Any French Girls Yet, and What SLOPE!"

Hi Guys,
 
Well I saw this kind of motor biking on TV, and kidded a little about  
needing steel knee pads, but that's exactly what it is over here. Thousands of  
bikers, ripping up and down curvy mountain roads as fast as big super bikes will  
carry them.
 
We did about 400K today, some Autobahn, but mostly twisty, near 180 type  
turns. There are 5 of us right now but others joining up tomorrow. My son,  
Michael's son, and Michaels brother so far.  Michael is driving an AUDI TT  sports 
car which we actually have a hard time keeping up with at times in the  turns.
 
The motel we are at is called the Grand Balloon Willer-Sur-Thur, France,  and 
it is just totally a peak with nothing but slope opportunities from every  
parking spot in any direction!  Oh yeah we passed a full size sailplane  port 
and got to see some of the huge glass slippers working lift at the base of  the 
clouds. Pretty cool stuff and put me in with drawals. :-)
 
So all that being said, what's the scores at Mid Am for  today???
