Mighta' completed  the Bronze Level CSS but you blew the task  for the 
contest as far as I can tell...If I read it right, you were +5:10 mins  over and no 
landing points for the contest task???
 
 
I was waiting for this comment to pop up, because I knew there  are those 
guys out there who have lost sight of what rc soaring is about and the  part that 
is alienating pilots across the country.
 
What possible difference would there be to the end result of an  open winch 
round. The concept of calling a 15min flight the same as the  called 10min 
round in the interest of working on an soaring achievement.
 
Getting an "I Beat Gordy, Cuz He flew Too Long !" is like  getting one that 
says "I Beat Gordy Due To The Pop Off Rule!"
 
Sorry some of you missed the point of that post, more sorry that  someone 
would be interested in spoiling the fun and importance of it by looking  for 
something to tarnish the celebration of it.
 
And by the way....lets see I fly more often, more places in the  world with 
more guys who actually know stuff about this hobby, think there's a  chance I 
and all the guys who have been flying likely double the years I have,  couldn't 
have figured that point out.
 
Okay Sheldon, what LSF task did you work on  Saturday?   :-)
