No pacemaker called for.  Just clogged arteries.  I too was an active trim fit young man.  You can never tell when said photo might make a difference to someone in changing their life style.  Chances are it won't but hey I thought I would try. 
 
Also I will be sending out a copy of my lung xray soon but if it is too gory I won't.
