What kind of manufacturer places a long-time customer on a "blacklist"
without even having spoken to that customer?
Having met and spoken with Oleg a number of times, he is one of the most
soft-spoken, reasonable people I've ever met in the hobby - which gives
this situation considerably more gravitas than someone shouting about
terrible service or a crap product.
On the upside, this is helping Mark Miller's Isthmus Models ;)

PS Gordy - I had Dickey's BBQ in Dallas on Tuesday. Very tasty ribs!
