Over the years we have pretty much driven all of our suppliers out of the  
hobby with expectation of how 'we' feel they should run their thing.
 
Oleg  disappointed me by the lame "I'm gonna get my big brother after  you!" 
ploy...and he got what he earned, banned as a customer...but I think he  lost 
far more.
 
If someone said to you, "'l'll give you $35 to make me a servo but if it  
doesn't last as long as I feel it should, I'm going to make your life really  
miserable." I doubt any of us would jump in game.
 
This is a 'hobby' that is supposed to be fun, getting umbranced over a  
faulty part isn't fun, but the argument is even less fun.
 
My opinion :-)
Course what do I know, I just fly more often, more places and know everyone  
in the hobby sooner or later :-)
