[LASS Soaring] Lucky Day

We were sitting in McAlisters this evening scratching off a couple of  $10.00 
scratch off tickets.  I spend about $30 a month and generally break  even.  
Joyed I was when a particular card I was scratching  revealed a 2x $50 win, as 
well as a $100 win, and then a 2x $100 win  and then finally a $100 win. Yes 
$500 all on one card.  The server  that was bringing our food soon had every 
employee coming by to look at  it.  
 
It was crazy how I got them and it shows how the weird pays off.  I  had 
purchased six of these $10 ones.  The second one jammed up and  didn't come out.  
So we told a Kroger employee about it.  While  waiting for them I was 
wondering if I should just make the rest of my scratch  off purchases on their other 
machine.  I got to thinking, no this is an  omen and I swear within a minute 
the jammed ticket just falls out.  I went  ahead and bought the other four as 
planned.  I am not saying the winning  one was the jammed one but that was sure 
dang strange.  One of the  other ones paid $20 so my net was $460.
 
And then we went to see Flushed at the theatre.  It was a fun  movie. And we 
actually got a parking spot close to the front.
 
It was a good day.
