[LASS Soaring] The camera's don't work with JR

For some reason the output voltage is high, I can get them both to work  with 
my servo tester, but when I use the RX and TX, the camera acts like I am  
holding the button down.
 
Likely needs a resistor in the line, I'll check into it.
