By the way just to clarify.  I realize my problem with these was  either my 
tools, technique, or skill or a combination thereof.   Yes  Gordy did his in a 
short amount of time and the site where I initially  found these also field 
converts these.  
 
So my intent with my message was just be forewarned that if you lack any of  
the above you too may struggle with it.  Good luck.  So when I see  your plane 
flying over and you are snapping pictures I'll be the guy in the  picture 
standing on the ground giving your plane the hand gesture.
