Took me about 10 mins to splice in a servo connector (used one of the tiny
Volz connectors that you find on the servo. Only had to make a small notch in
the side of the case seam to let the wire thru.
Now that I have done it I'll bet I could have the next one done in 5mins. It
really is that easy.
Here's the cool part.
It uses the RX's battery to power it so no need to have the two AAA
batteries in it....well as long as you are doing Still shots, but if you decide you
want to take some video, when you unplug the camera from the plane you lose
the video, so in that case it would be better to have the batteries in. Still
shot memory doesn't rely on the AAA batteries.
